Yes, you can return your order within 30 days of delivery, provided the items are undamaged and in their original packaging. As we will soon be permanently closing our workshop, we kindly ask you to contact our customer service before returning any items so that we can guide you through the return process.
No, this is our final sale. After 37 years of passion for stained glass, Li Xuan will permanently close her workshop in 2026. Once the stock is sold out, each piece will become a unique and irreplaceable original.
